Services are executed with a focus on reliability, consistency, handling discipline, and accountability from pickup through final delivery.

3. Chain of Custody

We implement chain-of-custody practices designed to maintain visibility, accountability, and control over transported materials.

• Documented pickup and delivery procedures
• Controlled handling processes during transport
• Delivery confirmation protocols at handoff

Responsibility transfers at confirmed handoff points unless otherwise defined in a separate written agreement.

5. Packaging and Material Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials are properly packaged, sealed, labeled, and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and transport requirements prior to pickup.

Midwest Medical Couriers LLC is not responsible for issues arising from improper packaging, incomplete documentation, inaccurate labeling, or undisclosed material conditions supplied by the client or sender.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery windows and turnaround times are based on current routing conditions, service demand, traffic, weather, and operational capacity.

Time-sensitive services are prioritized, but delivery times are estimates unless a specific timing commitment is expressly stated in a written confirmation or service agreement.

7. Restricted and Prohibited Materials

Midwest Medical Couriers LLC reserves the right to decline, suspend, or refuse transport of any materials that:

• Are not properly packaged, sealed, or labeled
• Present a safety, legal, or regulatory concern
• Require handling capabilities outside our service scope
• Were not accurately disclosed prior to dispatch

8. Liability Position

Midwest Medical Couriers LLC maintains procedures designed to reduce risk and improve consistency in transport operations.

Liability remains limited and is governed by the applicable Terms of Service, client-specific service terms, or separate written agreements. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, downstream, or business-interruption damages.

9. Service Availability

Service areas, hours, response times, and availability may vary by location, scheduling demand, client needs, weather conditions, and operational capacity.

10. Right to Modify Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue services at any time based on operational, safety, legal, regulatory, or business considerations.

11. Updates to Standards
